Hi i lost my son 14 weeks ago he was 16 years old, healthy, sporty and very fit, he passed in his sleep from SADS it was so sudden and unexpected and i don't know what to do where to go and just feel so so lost. We were very close everybody loved his so much so he made front page of the local newspaper and the tributes have been amazing he has even had a song made in his name which all helps. But every day i want him back and can't believe it's happened.

Hugs Sarah xx

Hugs Sarah,

I am so sorry for your loss. To lose a child is devastating but when there is nothing 'wrong' that we can see it must be totally , well I can't even explain. My heart goes out to you.

I know you you want him back and this is something you will always feel but he will always be with you, he will continue to live in your heart. You have so much, so many emotions to go through as you grief for him. Please don't feel youhave to grieve alone. Come talk to us, let us support you through this. We can't turn back the clock but we can give you shoulders to lean and cry on.

Gentle hugs

Jillxx

Hello Sarah,

I just remembered that we had another mum post about losing her son from , if I remember correctly, something similar. I just can't remember her board name for the moment. I am hoping that she might still be lurking as I am sure you will be of the most enormous support to each other.

Gentle hugs

Jillxx
