Hi everyone,

I was recently beaten to a sale on a new build property after many problems with finances/solictors etc etc, and was interested to know the price it eventually went for etc. Glutten for punishment perhaps but hey-ho :o)

I know that the public obviously have access to Land Registry records, however I've noticed the property I was after, eventually sold back end of last year (ggrrr), hasn't been listed on the register. Could this mean that the property has been purchased as shared ownership? Or maybe part of a part-exchange deal, in which the buyers first home hasn't been sold yet? I do know the buyers are living in the property and have been since we knew the property was 'sold'.

Any clues??

Thanks x

How do you do that?

Nethouseprice.com is the site that shows all sales registered via land register, but this property isn't on there.

Hi,

Go to rightmove.co.uk and click the "house prices" tab near the top of the page, then you put in the postcode you want to search for and it should show the street. Click on the street name and it'll show a list of the houses sold, date sold and price.

Hope you find the house you're looking for.
