Hi Mumnic
First of all, stating the obvious but better safe than sorry. VERY important you should see your GP about possible causes. It is common to have all sorts of aches and pains like this in pregnancy and many women get bleeding but it does need to be checked.
You are also doing a good thing with the healing you are doing for yourself. Continue to do this throughout the pregnancy, encouraging your little bump to grow.
You could try wearing a crystal, either azurite or moonstone. Both should be availabe as a power bracelet. If you haven't seen one of these, they are readily available at new age type shops and websites, a bracelet made up of appropriate crystals threaded on elastic.
I am also sending healing vibes for your little one.
EDIT: can I just ask, you say you are 16 weeks pregnant now but your siggy said the same way back in June. By my adding up this would have been wrong for June?
blessed be
