Don't think we've had one of these for a while -

So lets welcome the weekend one - or five now!!

1. How long have you been Getting Organised, & on a scale of 0-10, how far have you come?

2. What 5 things do you HAVE to do every day to feel on top of things?

3. Do you use anything to help you - eg a timer, paid cleaner, Flylady etc?

4. What's your favourite way to reward yourself when you're having a 'good' day?

5. How long would you need to be ready for us to pop in for a cuppa this morning !!?

Let's get started then -

1. How long have you been Getting Organised, & on a scale of 0-10, how far have you come? About 2 years I think and I'd say 8 or 9. Still some things I'd like to declutter more. Babysteps..

2. What 5 things do you HAVE to do every day to feel on top of things? Swish & swipe bathroom, unload DW, lol washed & hung up, clean kitchen counters & sink, & bed made. These are the basis of my Daily Minimums, and I hardly think about doing them now, they're just automatic ;)

3. Do you use anything to help you - eg a timer, paid cleaner, Flylady etc? All three! I'm disabled & there are some things I just can't do, so my lovely Mandy does them! I also use colourful record cards as checklists - I love my lists - and DH has been spotted looking at them & doing stuff on them if I'm called out, or having to have rest day if I do more than a certain amount, as I get pain in my back, hip & ankle & can't walk :(

4. What's your favourite way to reward yourself when you're having a 'good' day? Reading a book, magazine, doing Sudoku, a crossword or playing online, armed with fresh coffee :)

5. How long would you need to be ready for us to pop in for a cuppa this morning? I'll just go and put the kettle on - bring some milk though!

Hey Dee,

Good idea :-)

1. How long have you been Getting Organised, & on a scale of 0-10, how far have you come? I think I've been doing it for about 5 years and have come on at least 9.5

2. What 5 things do you HAVE to do every day to feel on top of things? - Deal with bunnies, sweep the lounge, swish and swipe, make bed, wash up

3. Do you use anything to help you - eg a timer, paid cleaner, Flylady etc? - Hmmm, I signed up for Flylady many years ago but I never read the emails now and I only occasionally listen to the radio show these days. Don't use a timer or anything else though

4. What's your favourite way to reward yourself when you're having a 'good' day? - I lie on my neat bed :-)

5. How long would you need to be ready for us to pop in for a cuppa this morning !!? - However long it took me to find my keys *roll eyes*

Have a good weekend!

1. How long have you been Getting Organised, & on a scale of 0-10, how far have you come? Been getting organized for a little over a year I think and I guess I've come a very long way, definately more than the midway 5 mark!

2. What 5 things do you HAVE to do every day to feel on top of things? - Hehe, it would have to be making the bed, decluttering the kitchen counter, putting any dirty clothes in seperate washbins depending on type and removing all shoes lying around not in the boxroom. Since getting pregnant and adding yet another job I don't have time or energy to do those things any more though :-S

3. Do you use anything to help you - eg a timer, paid cleaner, Flylady etc? - I have a diary, though I don't follow it from day to day I put in important appointments, jotting down the info whilst still making an appointment on the phone/in front of a person. I also jot down what other ppl are doing on certain days if it will affect whether I can get the day off work, whether it is possible for DH to drive me to my part-time, etc

4. What's your favourite way to reward yourself when you're having a 'good' day? never thought about it. When I have a 'good' day I usually make the most of it by not stopping from doing chores!

5. How long would you need to be ready for us to pop in for a cuppa this morning !!? Are you kidding? Rather than the morning you'd have to come at night, lol!
