Hi

Our 5 month old girl has reflux and is on ratidine. We are having awful probelms with her sleeping at night. from 3 she will wake every half hour. does anyone else have this problem and if so what do you do????

My youngest had this as a baby, I was told to keep him raised in his cot so I put Pillows under the mattress. I found that this did help him to sleep better at night.

I hope this helps a bit for you so you can get some better sleep

our daughter had silent reflux and we proped the head of her bed up with yellow pages under the legs and used a maternity wedge as a pillow under the sheet which helped, a close friend of mine her daughter is the same age and suffered terribly wih silent reflux it was horrendous and she bought an ambi nest, my friend got so little sleep because of the reflux and the ambi nest really made a difeence, both girls have been sleeping through now for a few months - born jan 09
