Hi,

This happened to me with DD. It is because the baby is getting too much fore milk. The solution is to not swap boobs so often. If your LO has a short feed then use the same breast for the next feed to make sure he is getting the fat-rich hind milk.

HTH,

Lisa x

yep, foremilk.  my dd had this too (frothy and green, nice!).  block feeding - using the same boob for a certain amount of time, 2 hours or so - helps as a pp said.

Message: i only offer one side at each feed and recently started block feeding - same side inside 2 hour period. don't know if that made any difference though - having trouble remembering what i've done - still have baby brain (((
i also read somewhere about lifting the bottom of the boob so he gets more hindmilk by the end of the feed, but being a lasy latcher he loses grip and starts gulping air (((
