is the skate liner washable? (the stripey bit)

it seems to come off but Im not sure if its supposed to!

it has got a bit of milky sick in it and Id like to wash it before I start to use it as a pushchair as it is right on eyeline and will be noticeable.

Message: Yep, you can.  I just put mine on a ordinary 40 degree wash and it was fine.  Chunkle Munkle and Snunkie do replacement liners too if you were ever looking for something to use as a change.
