My 4th csection is booked in for 16th november at 37 weeks i'm abit nervous i know what csections are like think im more nervous over the recovery the hospitals top consultant is going to be doing the section so he can look at my scar are uterus to see how bad it is so i will know how risky any future pregnancies are as they believe each woman is different the recovery from my third csection was more painful than the other too first was rough as i had labour first and emergency section under general ,second was a breeze up and walking that evening but third the nicked my bladder by mistake and they ripped my uterus slightly on one side but the recovery was abit more painful i'm abit worried about the baby hope hes ok as i will just be 37wks they wont risk me going into labour so its booked early this time i'm worried about a few things hystertomy etc but im trying to go by what will be will be

Congratulations, not long now :o) 

I have a friend who said her first 3 sections were awful due to many different reasons and was terrified when she was due for her 4th.  It was her best section by far and she actually enjoyed it, recovered really well and all was fine.  I think it took longer than all the others with regards to being stitched up etc after due to previous scar tissue etc but she honestly was fine.

good luck for your section, im thinking of trying for another but like you it'll be my 4th section and im worrying about it, my 1st section was agony, the 2nd was fine and the 3rd was a little worse than the 2nd but ok really, i had no complications, ohhh its so exciting good luck when the time comes xxx
