Hi All,

Today is my 32nd birthday and one year ago today I collected my meds after being diagnosed with PND, 17 months after my son's birth!

I just wanted to shine a little ray of hope, I am off the meds now and am my usual self, OK I get a little PMT each month - but who doesn't!

Hang on in there girls, there is a light on the other side - I promise - it just takes time, some longer than others

Love to all

It's so lovely to hear that you're doing well.  You should be proud of yourself.
