Hi Girls,

Its now beginning to feel like I have been pregnant forever, and these last few weeks are really taking the joy out of the whole experince. Cant sleep, difficulty walking, painful braxton hicks / baby kicks, heart burn etc. Strangely, I feel like I cant take 5 more weeks and am crossing fingers for a 38 week baby. I know it doesnt always work that way, just wishful thinking.

Anyone else hoping for early relief? Full term of course, thats from 37 weeks isnt it?

I don't think it's inappropriate at all. Coz I definately have had enough, and being nearly 37 weeks think its a great idea to get things going

I know what i got to do, its just not that easy going about it. Sex has always seemed like a good option to me, normally gets things going within a few days, but he is just not having it this time. Seriously, i think if I even attempt it he might actually jump out the bedroom window pmsl. I would get him drunk, bet then he can't drive, so that won't work.

And walking is not an option with my spd, so any ideas would be great

My MIL suggested this morning having a big meal and then some castor oil and orange juice (shes a nurse)the big meal cos otherwise it'll make u sick

squatting supposed to b a good one too, opens up the pelvis encourages effacement

i figured theres no point tryin to cause contractions unless have started to efface
