Message: My OH wont let us buy some opks this month as its our first month trying and I know that when you have ewcm then thats the best time to BD as the spermies can get through it and live longer. So how do you "know"? I never have much cm at the best of times so im a bit worried I wont be able to find out this way!! Any help would be fab thank you!! xxx

hey hun sometimes i notice it more then others. usually when i have been for a no.2 sorry tmi. i usually buy white toilet paper too which shows up more then on coloured toilet paper.

some women check their cerivx for it too. i think the links deb posted should have all the relevant info on how to look for it.

I'm an angel mummy to 3 special babies Sam lost at 8 weeks May 08 ( natural m/c), Taylor at 9 weeks July 08 (mmc with erpc) and Jessica at 19 weeks April 09 (mmc with inducment). Now ttc our 6th baby and hoping for a sticky one!!! x
