Hi again

I was obsessed enough with having a temp dip at 5dpo and now I have another to fret over
at 8dpo! Not at all sure what's going on but my lp is quite short (about 10-11 days) so think it may be early sign of af :(

i dont think that the 8dpo one is an implantation dip hun.... its normal to have some spikes like this in a luteal phase and sometimes its nothing to do with hormones pg or af! (((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) i know its blinking tough hun but hang in there!

Hiya

thanks for the reply. I've been spotting today too which is what made me think it could be implantation?

However, my cycles are quite short and so I'm a bit concerned it might be af on the way too :(

have you thought about speaking to someone about your short luteal phase.... they maybe able to help you? or does it tend to be longer.... its just that normally stays the same, just a thought!

Hiya

thanks for stalking me!

Yes, my lp has always been on the short side but not normally this short! I don't know whether it's because I ov later than usual (cd18 and usually cd14/15)?

I had the same problem when ttc my last baby and I took extra supplements - completely forgot I had. On the advice of people on this board I've now taking vit B6 and evening primrose oil which are both meant to help lengthen lp.

If those don't work in a couple of cycles I'll talk to dr about progesterone tablets.
