HI EVERY ONE,
My name is martty and am from St Lucia , well thats in the Caribbean.this is my first time here and i have a problem.
here is it,
about 5 years ago i had a minor opperation, an apendix operation.after this my menstrual cycle change, up to a day like to day i don't have a regular period, this fustrates me and i keep buying so many pregnancy testes to be on the safe side, i see my period some times every 3 or 4 months , i have been to doctors and they keep telling me that it is ok, i need some one to tell me something, i have never been on any pills befor, the last time i had my period was in may , we are now in septeber where is it? i drink mainly cold stuff can that be the problem?

please some one say some thing.

Hi Martty
welcome to the board, sorry no-one has replied to your sooner.
Sometimes surgery can mess up menstural cycles but I think you need your doctor to perform some bloods to make sure you are ovulating every month, just to be on the safe side if nothing else.
If they don't show anything, it would be worth asking if you can be referred to a gynaecologist for a further opinion.
