Hi All, Just thought I would update you my sister Clairebee who was admitted to hospital yesterday morning with acute abdominal pain following a week of agonising back ache resulting in her being unable to walk more than a few tiny steps. She was examined but not found to be in labour. Cue a day of agony for Claire until she was finally seen by a doc (late at night) who finally identified the problem, the baby is now transverse. She was then allowed some morphine so has had her first decent nights sleep for a week. Doc is coming again today, though I imagine that unless they can turn the baby at this late stage then she will be having a caesarian. Please think lots of positive thoughts for her today, it was horrible speaking to her on the phone yesterday before the morphine, she could barely get her words out and was out of breath with the pain. Hopefully now someone has acutally identified the problem hopefully they can keep Claire out of pain and move things forward. Will let you know more as soon as I hear from Claire. Angie (Mums due Jan 2010)
