She had her babies last night!

She was in a funny mood and started following me everywhere, and looking at me meowing. I set a suitcase up with towels in my room and she lay in and looked like she was panting. I still couldn't leave her, even to go to the toilet.

At about 11.30pm I saw what looked like her amniotic fluid, they hadn't broken but were coming out like a bubble! They must of broke as they disappeared but the towel was wet.

She then went under my bed!! I was not very pleased but managed to move all the boxes etc that are under there. I looked at about 12.00am and she had a kitten!!! I quickly checked the net if there was anything I needed to do and 5 minutes later she had another one.

She was so good, she never made a sound. Soon as they were born she was cleaning them and they started feeding. I was a bit worried she wouldn't know what to do as she is still a baby her self.

At about 3am she gave birth to another 2!!

So I now have mummy cat with her 4 babies sleeping under my bed. She wont come out yet so I've had to feed her under there and put a litter tray in case.

I'm not very happy that its under my bed, but as soon as she leaves there I will Vax it all and that I have to have a litter tray in my room but I suppose I cant help nature!

Some pics on FB.

Really? Gosh, that didn't take long!

I'm glad it went well and that your cat has taken to caring for them like a pro!

I hope you get to clean up soon, lol!

Awww, she is being a great mummy.

They're all in the suitcase now but I haven't put the stuff back under the bed incase she decides to go back under there.

Mummy cat is eating non-stop but I guess it's hungry working feeding 4 babies normally all at once.

They are too cute though, really going to be heard to let them go.

Aww, how sweet!

I don't blame you not putting the stuff back just yet.

She's bound to be eating loads, feeding 4 must be very hungry work, I couldn't imagine trying to BF 4 Ella's, lol!!

Do you have homes for them yet?

A few people have told me that are interested in having one but at the moment I'm just waiting to see. It could be a different story in 8+ weeks when they actually have take a real life kitten home!

Belle and I have a favourite already, we shouldn't really as they are all so cute, but I have a feeling one could be staying!
