As you are probably now aware, the old MSN Group is no longer in use. Therefore we have negotiated a new one to be affiliated with iVillage.

Please transfer all your photos from the old one into the new one as soon as possible and cancel your membership if you so desire. Normal service will be resumed shortly LOL!

Please apply, stating your iVillage username in the 'Notes' section and you will be accepted as soon as we can click on the button ;D

Is there a 'procedure' to follow to transfer the photos albums.....not very good with advanced techology????

Hi hun,

Yes, you need to go to each piccy and open it up as normal. When your mouse hovers over it you will see the little 'toolbar' of icons appear in the top left hand corner of the pic. Choose the floppy disk icon and you will be prompted to save the pic back to a location on your hard drive.

When you have saved all your piccies, I would adivse that you delete your album and cancel your membership of the old group.

You then log in to the new group and create your album as normal and upload your piccies off your hard drive in the normal way.

Is that dead confusing??? Clear as mud prolly!! Let me know if you if have probs and I can always ring you and talk you through it.
