OH WOW!

I am so in love right now!

Our 12 weeks scan was amazing..the baby looked perfect, it was wriggling around on to it's tummy then onto it's back, it didn't like being disturbed!.  I just can't believe how developed it is.  It's like..an actual BABY!!

I have waited for this day for so many years...I believe I got here.  I just have to keep pinching myself. Today was one of the best experiences of my life.

I felt exactly like you after my 12 week scan, it felt like it was happening to someone else after how long we'd waited for that moment!

Hope you've started to relax and enjoy it more now? I started to a little bit until this Tuesday when my consultant started weanong me off my drugs, lol! Now i'm a bit of a stress head again :-(

Make a pregnancy ticker

So thrilled that your scan went brilliantly yesterday and you could see baby wriggling around. Some babies are seriously not impressed at being scanned and it sounds like yours is one of those :o)

That is fantastic awwwww my 12 week scan is a week today im nervous,excited worried something may be wrong and shatter my dreams but im managing to hold it together have a fairly busy week.
Sounds like you have a very active healthy LO in there im so pleased for you both.

That's such a lovely post - brought a smile to my face!

The 12 week scan is great because like you say, it really is the first time you see it starting to look like a baby! I remember my baby was kicking like mad at mine, although I couldn't feel him at that stage, and was opening and shutting his mouth like a goldfish - it was so funny! I've also found that our best scan photos have been at the 12 week scan as you can fit the whole baby in one picture whereas once you get further on you can only get a bit of a baby in it because they're so much bigger!
