hello ladies

ive finally decided to post my problem as it is really stressing me out now and i know i should do something about it but would just like some advice or opinions first.so here goes!

im 32weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and when i was 14weeks i developed a very small skin tag on my perineum which caused me no problems but now its grown to probably sweet corn size and is getting quite uncomfortable due to pressure down below and after wiping myself etc...this isnt a nice thing to hear i know im sorry but i really am getting in such a state as the birth is nearing and i know its going to be on show to the midwifes and im worried its going to make them shreak and squirm.also along with this skin tag ive developed 3 very tiny hmmm i can only describe as gristly spots around the same area.i just dont understand it im extrememly clean and never had anything like this before...i have got a few tiny skin tags i might add around my arm pits and on my neck which i have inherited from my dear mother so i am prone to them but they have never caused problems and i just cant understand why these are occuring now and it that area.

if anybody knows of any reason why these are popping up now or has any advice it would much appreciated!! like i say i know i really should deal with it now and i intend to see a nurse at my local gp this week sometime.
