Hi at the mo i am pregnant, think 15-16 weeks, got a scan tomorrow to find out, i have also posted a post on here saying about my pains that i have been having.

Apart from the pains, i have been having on and off waves off nausea, i find if i eat it makes it go away, that the problem i just cant stop eating and its making me worry. I just seem ravenous all the time no matter what i eat. With my first child i had a few probs here and there, but this time i am sure i am carrying a family of baby elephants. x

Hi There

Sorry I didn't repoly yesterday - I was out at the fie works with my little one.

I had bad nausea during my pregnancy - I had it all the way up until I gave birth :( I did find some foods helped and could often be found eating those. I will say I gained 2 stone during pregnancy but lost it all in 2 weeks so I am guessing most of it was water, baby, blood etc. I also went through a phase of being really hungry all the time so it may not be uncommon!

Try to eat healthy foods if you can - not high sugar or high fat and that should help fend off any additional weight gain. Also look at things that keep your energy levels up for longer and keep you fuller for longer so you are not tempted to eat more.

I know its hard - I have always had a love affair with food. My midwife wanted me to diet during pregnancy and I couldn't think of anything worse!

Hope your Pregnancy is happy and healthy

Love

Kath
