Hi ladies,

I'm struggling a bit with ideas of what to put on my DD Holly's Christmas present list. We've got her a Night Garden wendy house and some bath toys and the in-laws are getting her a Little People house but I'm not sure what to ask everyone else to get her (we try not to go overboard at Christmas and tend to limit family presents to each other to £10-£20).

Any ideas would be great - she's already got lots of things to play with either for her birthday or that my DS (nearly 4) has grown out of like a toddle-truck, stacking cups, shape-sorter bus, little ride-on trike, I could go on.... we're also pretty good for hand-me-down clothes. Hmmmm.

Thanks in advance,
Love,

Sarah xxx

Hi Sarah,

I'm trying to think back what we bought our DD for her first Xmas. DD liked/likes musical instruments. ELC have some good ones and quite reasonably priced. She also liked a Vtech ball that rolled around and played songs (drive you crazy though!). How about some books? They always go down well don't they.

You are right in not going overboard as a 1 year old doesn't need much to keep them entertained do they.
