Hi there,
Firstly...Congratulations on your long awaited pregnancy :-) You must be thrilled. Any concerns, however silly they may seem, should always be shared with your dr or midwife, so my advice would be to see them for some advice on this one. Aches and pains are part and parcel of pregnancy unfortunately, and it's quite common to have pains around the are of your abdomen early in your pregnancy. With regards to the shoulder pain, I also suffered from this when pregnant with my dd's, it tended to be after long, busy days (both were normal pregnancies). I have found this link which gives you some idea of what the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are"

As I say, my best advice would be to talk to your dr or midwife...if you are really concerned they could perhaps arrange a scan for you?
Good luck, I hope all is ok, and please let us know how you get on.
Love
Kelly xxx
