Hi just found these boards, it's great comfort to be able to talk to people going through the same thing with out feeling sorry for you!

thought i'd tell you a bit about me, been ttc for nearly 3 yrs have a 6 yr old with the same partner, we've had internal u/s and 1 sa done

just recieved next appt it says this is just a review appt! i'm so confused we went to gp 18 months ago had our 1st fertitity appt 13 months ago is it usually this long a wait?

can anyone help me with what happens next?

Welcome to the board! I'm glad you found us - I started posting about 7 years ago after I'd been ttc for a good few months, and these boards have been my lifeline ever since! Hopefully you'll be able to get lots of support from here too.

Unfortunately much of the ttc journey does involve waiting - whether it's waiting to get referred, waiting to have tests done, waiting for results, waiting to start treatment etc. However, 13 months does seem an unusually long length of time in between the 1st fertility appointment and the review! You must be extraordinaraly patient not to have chased them up in the meantime! Hopefully things will move a bit quicker for you after your next appointment.
