Hi CS, Thank you for posting this.

My name is Lou and I have been visiting this board for 3 years now after a traumatic delivery with my first child. My story is here, although in the months after I posted that, I underwent physiotherapy and cognitive counselling to get back to "normal"

My link is here:

http://messageboards.ivillage.co.uk/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-ukpbtrauma&msg=646.1&x=y

I no longer suffer the worries of birth trauma after I had a successful second delivery last August, but I know how it feels to be in pain and particularly in emotional pain after a traumatic experience.

I hope everyone who comes on here finds a little bit of peace, and others who understand :)

x

Lou
