Hello Lovelies,

Boy have I missed you lot! Have finally managed to sort out getting online but due to still feeling v v pants please don't be offended if I don't reply to every message!!! But I will read them all!

I'll tell you about my chest etc in a min but first........

We had an amazing 20wk scan, and our baby GIRL! is fan blinking tastic!! Yes that's right we are having a

GIRL

I have known from day one we were going to have a girl no idea why I just did!! :-) We are so excited and can't stop smiling. Have got a defo bump, and she moves quite a bit, have had a couple of kicks where my belly has actually moved lol very funny to watch. We are 4wks away from viability but I'm not having her that early!! No matter what they say. We're hoping for at least 30wks. 30wks would be New yrs Eve!!! She is giving me lots of pain but she's so worth it. Why do we think this little one will get away with rather alot lol!! I'll try to add a pic when I can.

Chest is still crap but there's nothing they can do till after Riceickle arrives, am seeing ITU outreach everyday so being closely monitored. Hoping we might be able to get home at some point and get respiratory outreach to come and see me everyday at home!! Here's hoping!  been here nearly 6wks and been in hosp on and off for 15wks since Feb!! It will all be so worth it the day we hold our baby girl.

DH's Uncle died on Mon so it's his funeral 2mo, it's hard I can't go with him when he needs me. 

Anyway best go as this is actually far more tiring than I thought lol!!!

sorry to hear you arent feeling any better i do hope you get to come home soon and have the care you need at home i cant imagine how hard its been for you stuck in hospital. you must miss your home comforts.

so sorry to hear dhs uncle has passed away my condolences go out to you and your dh and his family. i am sure your dh knows that if you was able to you would be at the funeral at his side.

keep us updated wont you on how you and your lil girl are doing have you thought of names :D eeeekkkk its so wonderful!!!!

I'm so happy for you, Em.  It really is absolutely lovely news about your baby girl.  It's so fantastic when they start moving.  Puts everything else into perspective.

Oh Em I'm so happy for you I remember telling Liann when she found out she was pg all we needed was for you to get a viable pg and it would be great.

It's lovely to watch somebody that has helped so many through such difficult times finally get what they always wanted.  I really hope the chest settles and pray your ricikle stays put till 30+ weeks.

I have been stalking you, Liann, Jac, Fushia and Serephina for a long time after seeing your heartbreaking times and am over the moon to finally see the last two people nearly reaching there goals.
