would just like some advise please, currently have a contact order in place my little girl sees her dad every other weekend adn stays over night and once during the week. He is now saying that he wants to start taking her to nursery, would the court order this???

I've not been throught the system, and hopefully someone who has will be able to help.  I'm guessing that he could take the matter back to Court to see if he can.

is the court order done and dusted or do you still go back every now and then to see how things are going?

If you do, he could ask for this at next hearing, if not, then he would most likely have to re-apply (another £175 or whatever it is now) and the court would listen to him. If you have huge objections the judge would take this into consideration, like if you thought this would disrupt your daughter etc, as long as you have good enough reasons and its not just because of your feelings they have to consider very carefully what they order.
