Message: Probably good antenatal classes may be the best option for you. They usually cover fathering issues and both parents-to-be have to participate. Search Google for your local courses as I know only these antenatal classes well and they are good - www.informedbirth.co.uk . They are in Cambridge, but they provide weekend antenatal classes in the good hotels. But you may find many more options around.
