Sausage rockets.....

A lady at work does these every bonfire night and they go down a treat for all ages!!

What you will need...

Sausages (as many as you think they can eat LOL)
Sliced bread
Cheese spread
Kebab sticks

(If you are cooking 10 sausages you will need 10 slices of bread and 10 kebab sticks,etc)

Cook the sausages as normal.
Cut the crusts of each slice of bread and `butter` them with cheese spread.
Wrap each sausage in a slice of bread (cheese inside against the sausage) and pop a kebab stick through the middle of the sausage.

Stick these in the oven until the bread is golden brown and toasted. Quick and simple! Sausage rockets all round!!...... LOL
