Hi All

Thankyou Ma still in a bit of pain but found out it can take 2/3 months to be ok.

Well I am on a high I looked after Becky on Saturday night while my daughter and her hubby went to see a show, well she behaved herself for nanna took a whole bottle of her mummy's milk this is a big thing as we have been giving her only upto 2 ozs from a bottle to get her use to it, anyway started feeding at 8.10 pm and she was in bed by 9pm all clean and in babygrow no crying at all and she didnt have another feed from her mummy until 5 ish so I think that was an added bonus for my daughter.

There was a down side to the night one was my own fault I tried winding her with my right hand, wow did that hurt my elbow, and the 2nd one seeing she settled so well for me I didnt get loads of cuddles LOL.

Oh before I forget ma congrats on the coming events that will keep you busy

I'm sure you and your daughter were very happy the way your evening with Becky went, lovely that she was satisfied with the milk from the bottle and settled down easily.  I'm sure she and her husband enjoyed their evening out all the more and a good nights sleep as well.  Well done Nanna.

Yes I'm very lucky to have 2 new babies to look forward to, I can't wait.  I really enjoyed a break at the weekend but I was missing them this morning and couldn't wait to meet up with Sienna for a cuddle then we went to Asda and Matalan, they've got some lovely things in for christmas.

Next week it is Sienna's 1st birthday, she is having a party for her little friends on Tuesday and tea and chocolate cake for the family on Wednesday,  it can be quite a houseful when we all get together.

I am sorry to hear you are in pain. That can be so very draining.

Ah bless! I am sure your DD enjoyed her break knowing becky was in safe and loveing hands. Glad she took her bottle so nicely. My new little GS has also been good and taken his bottles from me nicely then demanded mummy feed him as soon as she appears LOL. He aready weighs 10lbs at one month.
