Any ideas of suggestions for a ten year old for a birthday present?  He's very active and loves playing football, unfortuantely he also likes playing a the computer.  Any ideas for something he can play with inside?

Hi

I'm not sure whether your son has a Wii or a PS2 but if he has there are plenty of interactive games you can buy such as Wii sports, Wii fit etc for the Wii.  I don't think there are as many for PS2 but I know my son loves playing on Eye Toy which includes sports activities, an army boot camp and lots more depending on the game as there are several.

The only other thing I can think of for indoor activities are gym equipment such as a cross trainer or rowing machine but this might be too pricey or take up too much space.

I hope you get some more ideas.

Hi Angel

Yes we do have a Wii and he does use it  now and again, but gets bored really easy!  I think he's a little young for gym stuff yet and it does take up a lot of room.

I was wondering if there were any active toys or games that were new and fun?

Message: That's a difficult one.  I don't have any suggestions other than a dance mat? Or is that too girly?
