Hi all!

We got back from our hols really late last night so I let the kids sleep in and took them into school later in the morning. I never take my eldest DD to school because she walks with friends but I had to sign her in so drove round and dropped her off after taking Lily to pre-school.

I was just getting back into the car when who comes running up to me but my missing cat!!!! She'd been gone for 3 weeks and despite putting posters up and leaflets round doors there has been no trace of her. I quickly picked her up and put her in the car and we drove home with her on my lap with her little paws up on the dashboard! I must have looked like a complete nutter LOL!

She's lost a bit of weight but I took her to the vets for a check up and she's in good health. I also got her microchipped!  The vet said she probably recognised the sound of my car engine.

It was just so strange for her to come running up to me out of the blue in a place I really wouldn't expect to see her. I'm so pleased to have her back and hope she doesn't go missing again - frightened to let her out now!
