Hi

Well he is now over the infection and today we have an appointment for him next Wednesday so hopefully we will find out bit more what we are dealing with. All we know he is floppy and has problems with his shoulders. He should have started physio this week but physiotherapist is on honeymoon for 3 weeks. I keep fearing the worst and I really need to know how bad this can because I am sure I am expecting far worse than it is. I have been warned we may not find out much until he is 9 months old. At least when we know exactly what's wrong the quicker we can start getting him strong, which deep down I know he will be.

He also has an appointment for a renal ultrasound for next Wednesday to rule out kidney reflux (normal test after a baby has a water infection).

hope Harry gets the physio sorted soon, 3 week honeymoon, alright for some, and you are given some answers. im sure once you know what your dealing with you will feel a little more at ease.

until he is nine months seems such a long time to wait to see how good/bad things really are but it wont be long until he is 9months.

thinking of you and Harry. lots of love to you all. Harry has a wonderful family who all love him and they will do whatever is needed to give harry the best help he needs.

Glad the infection is all clear and fingers crossed all the other related tests will be clear too.

We all know how fast it goes when they're babies and before you know it he'll be 9 months already. And the lucky physiotherapist having that long on her honeymoon! Try not to worry too much hun but that's easier said than done.
