Yours were absolutely gorgeous - reading your replies on the Qs reminded me.  We've added it to the Cubs programme!!  And I told the other Leader about yours. 

Thank you.  Google pumpkin templates.  You'll have to scroll through a few you have to pay for, but you can get some quite good ones for free and it's not as difficult as you'd expect.  The worse bit is scraping out all the seeds, as it makes your hands really ache.  Also rub the cut out holes with vaseline as that slows down the rotting process.  Apparently you can do it with bleach as well, but I wouldn't recommend that for the Cubs.

Asda and Sainsbury's do some good, cheap, carving tools.

Asda has loads of stuff at the mo, I shall look out for the tools.

They're brilliant.  How they don't break as you cut them, I've no idea!
