I am a single mother with 2 beautiful daughters, one is almost 13, and the other is 10.  We recently moved in with my elderly mother who is 87 because she needs help.  My daughters were so excited to finally have their own rooms because we lived in a very small 2 br home in not the greatest of neighborhoods, but it was a roof over our heads.  We moved in with my mom last Dec. 2008.  To make a long story short, my mom and our nextdoor neighbor are the original people that lived in this beautiful neighborhood for over 40 years.  Neighbor is a single 76 yr old woman and her son who is 47.  He is a known peeping tom.  My oldest daughter has caught him looking in our bedroom window numerous times, (he use to do it to me as a kid and now to my daughters).  I called the cops, but there was nothing they could do unless I caught him in the act of masturbating. (He looks at kids and masturbates).  Well, a month and a half ago I caught him in the act and my youngest was in the bedroom with me.  He was completely naked outside my bedroom window masturbating.  See, they were excited to have their own rooms but since my oldest saw him...they got scared and have been sleeping in my room with me ever since.  I am going to trial in Jan and I got a staulking order against him, but my daughters are even more scared than before.  Forensic collected semen outside my bedroom on the wall and floor.  My girls won't walk home from school, let alone be in the house without me in there, they literally follow me from room to room...I can't even go potty alone.

We are all tired, scared, frusterated.  Trying to get victims assistance.  My oldest has had 3 periods in one month, my youngest is going to start soon.  They used to be so sweet, but now they yell at me and sass me back...I have to constantly repeat myself when I asked them to do something.  I don't know why I'm writing all this (cause lord knows there is soooooooooo much more to this story).  I am very  overwelmed, tired and need someone to talk to.
