Hi all,

I left my job on Mat Leave in January and gave birth to my gorgeous baby girl in March. I was due to go back to work in October but had a phone call today from my director to say the firm was going into administration next week and offering me voluntary redundancy rather than waiting for a payment from administrators/government.

I was receiving SMP from them but obviously now won't be getting it.

Does anyone know where I stand with this? I'm quite happy to take the redundancy but have an idea that HMRC are supposed to pay the remainder of my SMP??
