Hello all, I wonder if any of you wise birds might have a few words for me? I am 51 married with 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren, my health is very poor and I suddenly find myself feeling absolutely useless! Is this common or am I just a whinger? Comments, suggestions welcome

I posted a "Hello" few weeks ago to introduce myself to this board as I turn 50 next week. I've not had a reply as yet.

I've 2 boys 15 (nearly 16) & a 6 year old.

Have you thought  about taking up a hobby or craft? There are some good ideas on the boards on this site.

 Thanks for the reply. Hobbies aren't the problem. I have loads of them its human interaction I am craving. I cant get out much because I am disabled. Oh well. I guess its just a case of middleageitis lol.
