The few friends I do live along way from my home town. They never make the effort to call or txt me first so I have to do that. When I suggest meeting it's one excuse after another. Maybe I come across as pushy or clingy.

I can't drive & getting from A-B is a nightmare I do use trains & buses but now it's winter & dark at nights to be honest I don't like travelling alone.

I have joined many friendship sites & posted adverts on gumtree but to no avail.
