Hi there, I just noticed the chat for the 9th of October and realized you may be able to help me.

I seem to think things through several times before I take any action. Even when I do take an action I start wondering whether it was the right thing to do or wonder what would have happened had I went with a different decision. This is especially true when I am talking to other people. I panic that I might say something which may have offended them, particularly when I do not hear from this person for a while and I often re-read my texts to confirm what I had said to them. Often, I mishear things the first time round, and wonder what a person was saying to me rather than admit that I didn't hear them.

Hi,

This is all about inner confidence and trusting yourself. When you feel good about yourself you don't check and this is what you need to do!

You need to think from your own perspective. 'I' trust what I'm thinking, 'I' trust myself.

Stop worrying what other people think you are doing. Make your own decisions and take control.

Positive affirmations - I DO make good decisions - and look for evidence when things have gone well.

Best wishes,
