Hi Nainaji

Your post is fairly brief and this makes is difficult to give you the advice you need at the moment. Are you living in the UK? My advice to you is get a lawyer! If money is an issue and you are living in the UK, please get in touch with the Citizens Advice Bureau as soon as possible. You need professional help and advice and I think its long overdue. You have rights to your children - you are their mother. Your husband seems to be calling all the shots here - you need to stand up to him and fight for your children and for what is rightfully yours.

Get some professional help now hun.

Hi there,

What a terrible situation to be in...I have to say I completely agree with Buffy...fight him all the way to get your children back.I could never give up on mine and I'm not meaning that to sound nasty. It's just that,at some time in the future,if they find you, would you really want them to think that you just gave up?

As Buffy asked, are you in the UK?You need some urgent legal advice.Sorry but I was confused, where are the children?

Yes,you need to get on with your life but I know that for me that wouldn't mean accepting never getting my children back where they belong, however long it may take, even if I fought for the rest of my life...

What's happened up to now lovey...

Hello Suzy

thank you for your response.  i am living in the UK and was born here too.

i am with a Solicitor but my husband seems to have the upper hand and has worked the system well.   even my solicitor has changed her tune since we went to court for our first directions meeting.  i have been trying to win my kids back for over a year now but living over a hundered miles away and having to return to my family because my husband refused to support me and give very little access to my children, and seeing as i worked in the accounting practice we both ran together i had no earning whilst we were married and have no little nest egg either.

thanks anyway

i will work something out, my life cannot continue this way.
