Well, I have never heard of this specific idea, but as adult babies is a fairly well known kink then I don't see why there are not people who get off on this idea as well.

I like the idea of a nuzzling up to some nice breasts, so I don't see why there would not be guys out there who would like to take bit a few stages further!! I would imagine it would have something to do with surrendering to a mothering figure and getting a sense of comfort from that.
