It's been a week or so since I last shaved my legs.... but as far as I'm concerned, no one's going to see them so what does it matter!

7. (at least I think we're up to number 7) Think how many fewer arguments/disputes you have when you're single! Life is so much easier!!

Just found loads more positives from listening to a female friend rant about her boyfriend this afternoon.

+ You don't have to worry about your partner cheating on you

+ Nor worry about their history with previous partners....... remember how those two often turn the most sane and rational of women into green-eyed crazies!

+ Or even just wonder where they are if they don't come home on time or pick up the phone.

And from my two male housemates

+ You don't have to follow the trail of smelly socks around the house to find out where they are

+ You're not under any obligation to wash up any of their dirty dishes.

- I don't enjoy going into any card shop, like Clintons etc, cos they dedicate whole aisles to lovey dovey cards - they must make a fortune!

I like the one about shoes. I used to sneak them in the house. When I wore them my ex would say 'Are they new' I'd say nooooooooo Ive had them ages lol. Then I'd feel really guilty cos I hate telling pork pies. Funny I still get that twinge of guilt.

and LOL I agree about the shoes/smuggling in new clothes or shoes! My mum still does that to my dad and they've been married 24 years!!
