I have just discovered that from next May you will be able to join a cruise on the Ocean Countess (which has recently had a multi million £ refurbishment) sailing from HULL.Great news for us Northerners!

There is a 6 night cruise to Norway in April 2010- see David Urquat Holidays website, prices from £379.

I looked at Ocean Countess website and there is a 9 nights cruise on 8 May 2010 round the British Isles- Hull, Falmouth, Scilly Isles, Dublin, Isle of Skye, Orkneys, Leith for Edinburgh, and back to Hull.Prices from £414.

What a fantastic way to see the gems this island has to offer.Eat , drink and be merry as you travel.Sounds marvellous.

These cruises always sound so wonderful. We have our hols booked for next year but this is something I wil seriously consider for 2011/12
