As far as I know, it will show up on the certificate but when it comes to employers, they will only look at the fact that you have a degree. The careers advisor should help loads.

Depends how important it is for you to get the honours.

Im trying to remember back to my certificates, at MA it only says about the distinction. At Undergrad level I think it mentions 'so and so has achieved the degree of ....' I think mine did say it though.

But a degree will be enough as long as you dont want to continue in academia because then I know they look for upper 2.1 and first. So if you wish to continue in something which requires a degree and not a particular class of it, then you should be fine.
