Hello Ladies,

was hoping someone could advise me on filling out part of the security clearence form?

My employer has asked me to fill in one of these forms.

I am confused by the bit about your parents, (both my parents have died) it says to include the year they died in section such and such.

Do I also have to include their last address/ where they lived when they died?

My mum died in 1985, I was only 4 and I think I can remember the address we lived at, but might have trouble with the post code.

TIA,

BM

Hi there Barking Mad,

Is there a way that you could look up the post code?  Here in Canada they have a way to look them up online through the post office service.

HTH
